Go to the “System” page (link on left-hand side-bar in Atom template) and theres a link to “Update Sites” in the “Updates” module.I am new to Joomla and dont' know what you mean by "Update sites list"
Click and you will, by default, bee a link of active/enabled update sites that is checked at various times. Click on “Filter Options” and select “disabled”. You can reenable any there by selecting them then enabling them under the “Actions' button.
